Project Showcase: Design & Creative Lead on Annual Report

I led the full creative direction and design of TAH’s 2025 Annual Report. From concept to final delivery, I shaped a cohesive narrative that brought together youth stories, donor impact, and transformation outcomes in a clear and compelling way.

The design direction was fully on-brand. I built a visual style with intentional white space, playful shapes, and gentle design elements that reflected the themes the organization wanted to amplify. Each page and image supported the emotion of its story, and details like colour rhythm and photo placement were designed to guide the reader’s experience.

I also transformed clinical data into clean, intuitive graphics. The visuals made information easy to understand at a glance and helped donors make meaningful connections between the outcomes they saw and the programs they support.

As lead designer, I managed the full print production workflow, including print specs, colour profiles, bleed and trim setup, and quality control across spreads. This ensured the digital design translated seamlessly into a polished final publication.

Annual reports are one of the most important communications pieces for a nonprofit. Delivering this one demonstrated my ability to lead a high-stakes, multi-layered project that combines strategy, design, storytelling, and cross-team collaboration. The final result was a clear, engaging, and emotionally resonant report that strengthened donor understanding and elevated the organization’s brand.
