Project Showcase: Strategic Marketing Plan & Pitch Deck

I developed a full end-to-end marketing strategy for Pet Power Inc. as part of earning my Chartered Marketer designation. This project required building the entire plan from the ground up, including market research, competitive analysis, audience segmentation, SWOT, and insight development.

I created the full strategic direction for the brand, including positioning, value proposition, and growth opportunities. The plan included financial forecasting, revenue projections, and a complete KPI framework to measure success. I also built the multi-channel marketing strategy, outlining product, pricing, distribution, and promotional tactics, along with a detailed implementation roadmap to guide rollout.

In addition to the strategy work, I designed the full pitch deck used to present the plan to CMA evaluators, ensuring the content and design was structured, professional, and aligned with the recommendations.
